- Amber HicksJan 14, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would have loved to use her as an obgyn but the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever came in contact with. It's very sad she is the face of her business. I had to confirm that it was Brumms office because she answered it Grafa and got snotty from there. Kept asking me if my gynecologist was even a real doctor and arguing with me over what insurance I had. Very disrespectful person.
