    Buffalo Wild Wings use to be my favorite place to eat, but today was the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be returning there anytime soon. Let me tell you about my experience. We got there and got seated very quickly. The manager said someone would be with us in a minute. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came. Then finally when we ordered it took over 40 minutes to get our food and when it did get there they had messed up the whole order! They didn’t confuse our food with someone else’s they really did mess up everything! Then they made us pay for the food we didn’t order! I was extremely agitated. I never go to the Sherman location ever again.
